Contracts
Government awards, ceilings, vehicles, and recipients.
U.S. DoD, DHS, and allied-nation contract awards above a $10M ceiling, or any value if strategically notable. Each contract page links to its recipient company, known subcontractors, and the program it falls under, structuring what's otherwise raw line-item data on USAspending into a cross-linked record.
Contracts FAQ
Isn't this data already public on USAspending?
Yes — the underlying award data is public. USAspending publishes it as raw line items with an interface not built for fast analyst use, and without links to the recipient's founders, investors, or cap table. This index structures that same public data and cross-references it.
What's the minimum contract size covered?
Generally $10M in ceiling value, or lower if the award is strategically notable — for example, an early SBIR/STTR award to a company that later raised a large venture round.
