AJ (Andrew) Gemer is co-founder and CTO of Lunar Outpost, the planetary-mobility and extreme-environment robotics company behind the MAPP and Pegasus lunar rovers. He holds a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering Sciences and dual master's degrees in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, where he worked on space-science instruments including HyperDust, MatISSE, and ELDA. Before co-founding Lunar Outpost in 2017 with Justin Cyrus, Julian Cyrus, and Forrest Meyen, Gemer co-founded Iron Ridge UAS, designing carbon-composite UAV airframes. As CTO, he has led development of Lunar Outpost's rover technology, including the Pegasus vehicle built with GM, Goodyear, and Leidos under a NASA Lunar Terrain Vehicle Services contract.
