Dr. Cen Jung "CJ" Tjhai is CTO and Chief Architect of Post-Quantum, which he co-founded in 2009 alongside Andersen Cheng and Martin Tomlinson. He holds a PhD and researched algebraic/combinatorial coding theory (Goppa codes, LDPC codes, coset graphs) while lecturing at the University of Plymouth.
