Yaroslav Azhnyuk
Founded Odd Systems (thermal-imaging cameras and FPV strike/interceptor drones) and The Fourth Law (AI terminal-guidance modules for FPV drones), both in 2023; the two companies work closely together, with TFL supplying guidance software integrated into Odd Systems hardware. Previously co-founded Petcube (stepped down as CEO the day of Russia's 2022 invasion), Fuel Finance, and design agency Ozero.
Yaroslav Azhnyuk spent a decade in consumer hardware before pivoting to war-fighting technology. He co-founded Petcube, a Y Combinator-backed (2016) pet camera company that shipped over a million units worldwide, splitting his time between Kyiv and Silicon Valley as CEO for ten years. In December 2021 he also joined Fuel Finance — founded by Alyona Mysko in 2019 — as a partner and co-founder, and separately co-founded the design studio Ozero (later rebranded O0 Design). Following Russia's February 2022 invasion, Azhnyuk stepped back from Petcube's CEO role over the course of 2022 — remaining President and Chairman of the Board, with Anastasia Kukhar formally announced as successor CEO around September 2022 — to focus on the war effort. In 2023 he founded Odd Systems (thermal-imaging cameras and FPV strike/interceptor drones) and The Fourth Law (AI terminal-guidance software for FPV drones), redirecting his hardware and computer-vision expertise from entertaining pets to autonomous strike systems.
