Change Ventures, founded in 2017 by Andris K. Bērziņš, Rait Ojasaar, and Yrjö Ojasaar, is a Tallinn-based VC investing pre-seed and seed capital in ambitious Baltic founders across SaaS, fintech, enterprise, AI, and deep tech. Its €49M Fund II (2021) was the largest seed-stage fund raised in the Baltics; its €20M Fund III (2023-2024) is pre-seed focused. It led Origin Robotics's €4M pre-seed round in October 2024, alongside co-investor Silicon Roundabout Ventures. Portfolio includes Veriff, Planet42, and Aerones.
