Milan, Italy-based Alternative Investment Fund Manager (MIP SGR) established in 2017, operating two vehicles: a Consumer Tech & Lifestyle Fund (Series A+ consumer/D2C/eCommerce investments) and a Deep Tech Fund (seed-to-Series-A deep-tech/frontier-tech investments) — the latter is almost certainly the vehicle behind its stakes in Elroy Air, Quaise Energy, and Red Queen Bio. Co-founded by Angelo Moratti and Paolo Gualdani; Gualdani stepped down as CEO in April 2024 (succeeded by Gianluca Gorlani) and became Vice Chairman.
