Superangel is an early-stage venture capital fund founded in Tallinn, Estonia in 2018 by tech entrepreneurs Veljo Otsason and Rain Rannu, investing €300K–€1M into pre-seed and seed-stage companies across the Baltics and Nordics with a thesis centered on AI & robotics, data & infrastructure, and deep-tech. In May 2025, Superangel launched Archangel, a dedicated €50M early-stage fund focused exclusively on European defense-first and defense-only startups, based in Tallinn and London.
